At this point in time, I think the best Singapore Mileage Credit Card is probably the Citi Premier Miles. It provides 1.2 CitiMiles per 1 SGD. There is a 5000 CitiMile bonus on first use and 10000 and 20000 CitiMiles at renewal depending on how much was charged to the card at 12 months. However there is a S$180 annual fee on renewal and the CitiMiles, although do not expire, need to be transferred manually (minimum 5000 CitiMiles, S$25 charge). The CitiMiles can be transferred to WorldPerks and Krisflyer. The greatest advantage of this card is that it is VISA. Hence, probably the best VISA mileage card I know of.

The second best is probably the DBS Altitude card. It gives 1 mile per S$0.83 spent. However, it is American Express and not all vendors take this card. The miles need to be transferred manually too.
